We are investigating the reproductive health of women with myasthenia gravis using national health registries. The goal is to find the safest treatment during pregnancy and breastfeeding, assess which method of delivery is the most gentle, and how postpartum follow-up can be strengthened for both mother and child. We are also studying how the disease and medications affect fertility, the course of pregnancy, and the health of the child. The project is based on population-based data from Norway and other Nordic countries, in collaboration with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and Nordic Pregnancy drug Safety Studies - NorPreSS | NordForsk .
